While every effort is made to ensure that all products featured on TimberMalaysia.com has ready stock at all times, out-of-stock situations may arise due to unexpected surges in demand or the retirement of certain product models by the manufacturer. Buyers will be notified of the estimated waiting time in the event of an out-of-stock situation, and have the option to wait for the delivery of new stock or request for a refund by writing in to firstname.lastname@example.org
Product colour, texture or wood grain variations are to be expected and does not constitute a faulty product. Photography lighting and screen colour calibrations on different devices will result in colour variations of product images uploaded to TimberMalaysia.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery to major cities in Peninsular Malaysia typically take between 2 to 5 working days unless a product is out of stock. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, we will inform buyers of the estimated waiting time for new stock to arrive. Order cancellations due to out-of-stock situations will be fully refunded.
Some products on TimberMalaysia.com come with product warranties, which are offered by our suppliers who are mainly the brand owners, manufacturers or importers of the products on this website. Proof of purchase along with the date of purchase must be presented in order to make a claim. Claims made for defective products within the stated product warranty period will be subject to review by our respective suppliers offering the product warranties. A site visit or inspection of the defective product may also be necessary to determine the validity of the claim. The defective product will be replaced at no charge in the event that the claim is approved. Any related costs such as labour, delivery or related accessories are excluded in the product warranties, and will be at the expense of the buyer/customer. While we will do our best to facilitate the claim process, the successful/unsuccessful claim of a product/service is subject to the review, approval and final decision of our suppliers. No compensation of any kind, material or otherwise, will be provided by MPrestiq Enterprise for any unsuccessful product claims.
Returns & Refunds
You may request for a refund in the following circumstances:
(i) Item received is wrong/different from order placed.
(ii) Item received is faulty.
(iii) Item did not arrive.
Request for refunds due to product colour variations or customer’s change of mind will not be entertained.
Requests for a refund due to wrong or faulty items must be made within 2 calendar days from the date the customer received the item by sending an email to email@example.com along with the customer’s full name, order number & proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for both the return and delivery charges of the faulty and replacement items respectively.
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging complete with any accompanying accessories or items, tags/labels, manuals, invoices, etc.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the faulty item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that the product has been received, and notify the customer on the status of their refund after inspecting the item.
If your request for a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account/credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
